Return and Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged item, please send the pictures to the provided email address or WhatsApp number. In case of a manufacturing default only, we will replace the item within 7 working days. We do not offer refunds. The fault must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Grassroots Cricket Shop has the authority to cancel any order for the following reasons:
If the item is out of stock.
Credit card payment is declined. Whatever the case is, you will be informed via call or SMS.
